·         Management of Contractors according to contract during each phase of Site Acquisition (leasing, zoning, and permitting) in Ohio and northern PA which have been obtained ahead of schedule and within budget.

·         151 sites on air within eight months; 150 sites leased within three months; 151 sites zoned within four months; 149 sites with building permits within five months -10% raw land; 5% tenant improvements; and 85% collocations.

·         All goals exceeded the forecasted percentages for each deliverable each month.

·         Coordinate and facilitate the negotiations of the MLA between CBW and a tower management company.

·         Management of multiple projects - GSM, TDMA, Microwaves, Liberty, CBW TDMA, and Microcells.
